For conducting a reset of the printer on Mac, click on Apple menu icon after that, click on the “system preferences” then right click on your device name in the list of devices given on the left side of the window further click on the option “reset printing system” then again click on “reset” in order to confirm the reset procedure to be done on the Mac.
